This is a healing meditation connecting with your Chakra Energy Centres. I will talk you through settling the mind and body and then connect with you intuitively. Sekhem Healing symbols are used to release and realign the Chakra points and to send any healing that's required. We use the in-depth information gathered from the healing session along with strategies to help overcome any blockages.

This course is aimed at activating, re-aligning, and healing our 12 energy centres. We work alongside our shadow self to uncover what’s holding us back that’s no longer serving us and to find our power within.
Aligning our energy centres allows us to be more in tune with ourselves, it keeps us grounded, feeling safe and secure. It gets our creativity and confidence flowing, allowing us to recognise more opportunities coming our way.
It helps us to accept who we are, forgive, to let go of what is holding us back whether that be limiting thoughts, fears, or doubts and in turn brings in positive change and deep personal growth. It will help us communicate with ease, give us mental strength, and support us to trust our own instincts to make the right decisions for us with ease.
You will get to know each of your energy centres - the Chakras - what they are and how they affect you within your mind, body and soul. You can then use this knowledge to understand when they are blocked, imbalanced or when they are flowing in harmony.
Each week we will focus on a Chakra and get to know all there is about it and its association with the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies and signs of imbalance. You will then be guided to work alongside your shadow aspects to gain an understanding and then supported with techniques to help release, heal and realign e.g., affirmations, crystals, meditation, etc.
You will also take part in a guided energy healing meditation that focuses on clearing unwanted energies and bring in the healing required to get this energy in flow. These tools will assist you in taking charge of your energy centres and in finding your power!
