Welcome — I’m Claire, the heart behind The Knotted Tree.
​
The Knotted Tree grew from a simple yet deeply felt understanding: that many of the knots we experience in life are not only physical, but emotional, energetic, and deeply human. My work is devoted to gently unravelling these knots, restoring flow, and supporting people back into alignment with themselves.
​
My journey began in 2006 through hands-on therapies, guided by a love for touch, presence, and the body’s innate wisdom. Over time, my work expanded beyond the physical to include energy healing, mentoring, teaching, and shared community spaces — while remaining rooted in the same intention: creating safe, grounded spaces for people to reconnect with themselves.

Today I hold space in different ways — through private sessions, mentoring, professional training, and shared gatherings. Each pathway offers a different doorway into the work, but all are guided by the same principles of presence, integrity, and deep listening.

Rather than offering a single way forward, The Knotted Tree grows through many branches — each one meeting you where you are.
